Holiday Greetings From Across the Country

Rooms 2 and 6 are participating in a Holiday Card Exchange this year through Projects By Jen. The students have created holiday cards to be sent to 25 different school throughout the country. The card exchange gives the students a chance to learn about the climate and history of schools in other parts of the country. Using Google Earth, the students will actually be able to take a "tour" of the country as they connect with other students participating in the project. This project also opens up the opportunity to develop pen-pals and collaboration partners for other projects throughout the year. Keep your eye out for the displays of the card that we receive.
