The students in rooms 6-9 recently enjoyed a trip to the home of Tom Sawyer and Becky Thatcher, Hannibal, Missouri. We loaded the bus at 8:00 in the morning and headed north. We encountered bats in Mark Twain Cave, enjoyed a picnic lunch and took a stroll down Main Street. The students got a first hand look at Mark Twain's home and the setting for The Adventures of Tom Sawyer.
