Earth Friendly Projects

Rooms 6-9 worked hard on many "earth friendly" projects for Think Green Day. Ms. Mercer helped the students create ads for GE Compact bulbs to inspire families to use these energy savers. Ms. Wiesehan's class did many hands-on projects including recycling, a waste free lunch and a family pledge tree. Room 8 students presented their individual globe projects on which they each chose to research a different environmental threat. Finally, Room 9 created a wolf den filled with information on the efforts to protect this once endangered species.
